Ask a questionPricing is based on unique monthly active applications (MAAs) and designed to scale with you. Rather than charging you for every log line, we want you to have the freedom to capture as much telemetry as you can using on-device storage, and only persist what you need. This gives you the freedom to deeply understand the user experience in your app, without penalizing you for collecting that information. We strongly believe that this pricing model better aligns the vendor (us) with the customer (you). Stop worrying about blown quotas and surprise overages, and focus on fixing your customers' issues.

If an app has the bitdrift SDK installed, and it connects with our control plane at least once that month, it counts as a unique monthly active application. It can connect one time, or 1000 times, it still just counts as one unique application. If the app isn't used that month, we won't count it.
We’ll be in touch throughout your trial to make sure everything runs smoothly. When your 14-day trial ends, you’ll automatically move to our free tier or you can upgrade to an enterprise plan anytime to keep all your premium features.
